Shuttle: 17:30 after the Theme Park, or 23:00 after the last Night Show (22:30 in some seasons). With VIP, you choose your return time.

We send your confirmation and pick-up time on WhatsApp. Please reply so we know you received it.

What happens if I don't reply on WhatsApp? β€Ί

If we cannot reach you, the booking is cancelled and your payment is fully refunded. Please enter your number correctly, with country code.

What should I bring? β€Ί

Swimwear, towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, flip-flops, a change of clothes and card or cash for food and lockers.

Is my payment safe? β€Ί

Yes. You pay on Stripe's secure checkout page. We never see or store your card details.
